what the hell? USA uses a highschool exam to test for IQ? lol that is so stupid!! i never saw a SAT test,  but doens't it test knoweldge? how come it test also IQ?

Also IQ is just a stupid test to make people think that they are dumb and that they should be ruled by smarter ones

no, the US does not use a highschool exam to test for IQ. the SAT and ACT tests basicly what you've learned in highschool and is one of the things universities look at when deciding whether to accept your application into their university. The test tries to claim that people's performance on the test indicates their IQ, but it definitely doesnt.

lol actually it is not the case avogadro, IQ tests normally tries to find the intelligence of a person. the problem of this test is that many are too heavy on the ability to acquire knowledge and not how much a person can think abstractly, adapt to changes and the ability to profit from experiences. The ideal test would be universal but that will never happen. (for example do to language) also different cultures may perceive the world in many different ways.

i would right i better post but i am lack on time. for me IQ testing indicates how well a person performs on intelligence tests and not its really intelligence

for example a simple IQ question

Washington is to Adams as first is to? an USA citizen could probably answer this question although an european would fail, does this make him less intelligence? offcurse not.

you said IQ tests make people feel dumb; giving the impression that you think that from personal experience, from taking iq tests.

also IQ test is there to eugenics, so that they can think they are superior just because they are white/black/whatever.

the original post was to say that finding an IQ through a national exam like SAT is just stupid

The thing i dispise most about US politics is their seemingly asinine desire to rename everything to the opposite to what everyone else calls it.

yeah, and i mean, english is already the accepted language of business around the world, its annoying how theres those arrogant European bastards that still use other languages and expect me to waste time learning the out dated languages if i am going to spend time in their country.
