I dno wtf happened but I am getting attacked. 82 are still too big to attack my fam. And the guy who attacked me is deffo too big to attack me personally. Oh well must be a bug but seems the chance for my fam has gone.

its not 25% anyway, it is 30%, unless you dont deklare war bak, then they kannot use war rules for nw.
Or that's how it was the last time I zheked (last PW round).
before doing any retake you kould konsider about letting it go, drop your nw even more, or mass delete, bekause they will not stop.
Its only me who konsider UNFAIR that a 40m nw fam kan attak a 10m nw fam?? We're talking about millions, right?
Well my fam was 5m nw vs their 20m nw, and our great mistake was to fight bak. It is the SAME OLD STORY every round, and still people stupidly vows the abusers thinkin they wont be the nezt

Indeed
91 wanted to fight, but dropped nw so we couldn't hit them at first. Then we dropped some nw too, did attacks, they retook 2 planets and then the raid started (since they disbanded fleet instead of building fleet for the war...)
We took 115 planets and I just offered their leader a nap again.

It was a tactical victory as you guys offered us PNAP at week 23, after some ops BUT before any attacks have commenced. Now 200 planets later...alas. I don't really blame the Dogs for capitalizing. The drawback is now they have to drop fleet and spend ~24 ticks on paying upkeep to fight their next war, while blowing up a bunch of planets.

Incorrect, It is 40% for family networth and personal nw atm(due to mods being stupid and telling Torqez the wrong information when he was coding). Personal goes down to 25% if both families declare but it does not change family networth limit.

91 was also abusing this on my team 9885, about a couple days back, mod looked into it, said nothing was wrong...
and now 82 abused the bug on my team just right now :s (maybe just a test.)

I think it's 40% (on purpose, sinze last updates) and then 30% in war time (on purpose also). They raised both +5% after some forum diskussion but that was like 9 months ago?? Any other NW range been applied must be treated llike a bug, and you might be right about the 25% allowed in wartime bekause it happened to me, but like I told, its a bug.

About 82 abusing a bug to take easy planets from fams out of range, what kan I say? If that's true then mods should akt, investigate and blok them, and its a shame way to win a round but its MW in the end. And, anyway they may be abusing a bug without knowledge about it, bekause EVERYTHING is bugged, what differenze does it make?

Not on purpose, The updates stated it was for family nw % not for personal nw% but when Torqez asked about them to do a coding change later, he was told 40 for both by a mod. Torqez and I talked about this a few weeks ago. It is probably being left as is by choice now but was still originally done incorrectly. It's also still 25% in war time if both declare.

Our family's plan though is to enjoy where we got and no one be active the next 24 ticks (last 24 ticks of the round). Because who cares about the last 24 ticks?? Certainly not us. I can't wait to get all my teeth knocked out.

OMG with the hell does this round end.. we got so much stuff saved nobody to war.. we've (9889) had to stop infra 4 times just to even fight someone.. rounds sucks.. end it plz btw
