Topic: Defense Stations

I sent two fighters and one transport against a planet defended by a defense station.  The last part of the report read:

"You have encountered a game error. If the problem persists, mention it in the Bugs forum."

What is the game error?  Did the defense station destroy both fighters?

"0 fighters lost dogfights against the defending stat fighters"

But the statined fighters destroyed the transport.

Mango, all attacks have been showing that bug message for a while now. That has nothing to do with you winning or losing the fight. I have split your post into it's own thread, please don't go bumping threads from 2012 smile

I just attacked a system that only contains 2 planets from another family and yet their defense station was still active there. i thought DS's died after a family didn't own a certain percentage of a system anymore.

They do but only by attacks.  Gotta take one off of them to destroy it now.  The family you hit mostly deleted so had owned 70% when they sent the DS to the system.    Also in other cases, the DS could be travelling and just happened to be on that system that tick but in this situation I know that it was that they deleted and others expoed the new planets.
