Topic: 35% vs 25% vs 30% attacking rule

Great Ruler! The rules set by the Galactic Overseers prevent us from attacking. The ruler of this planet has less than 30% of our own networth, and they have not done any hostile actions against us within the last 72 hours.

both my family and other family have declared war on each other and i am trying to attack someone who is 27% of my NW. where did this 30% rule come into play? tried using quick attack sidebar and old map, still no go.

The 30% rule is what it used to be, it is now a 40% rule I believe in each galaxy. The 25% during war requires two ticks and both families to have declared to my knowledge. Have you had the two ticks?

40% rule applies to family nw not personal, Gwynedd thus has nothing to do with the posted report or bug.
