Topic: Stationing Fleets - Now Costs Gold even with Portal

Before it cost nothing to station a fleet to a portalled planet. Now you can only send reinforcements and are charged for doing so.

This gives an advantage to an attacker to strike when someone is low on cash. Without sufficient funds the attacker would be able to fighter run the defender's fleet with the defender able to do nothing in response.

Do I hear some Donuts Rumbling?

It has cost gold to station since the game was created.  It isn't anything new.

I believe you are incorrect about that. Whenever a planet was portalled in the past the cost to station fleet was always 'insignificant.'

Terror is korrekt only when it's in your homesystem, any other portal you use to station fleets will have kosts, "insignifikant amount" meaning zero kost, only happens in your homeplanet, so that must always be where you hide your fighters (zero kost and kannot be opped).

nope, you're wrong, I stationed my figs there like 5000 times in my kareer and never payed a koin.

But I payed to station in portals that were about to be bloked, to defend them for 10 tiks, a lot of times too.

And I am kompletely sure of this.

lol... even at home planet with portal it still have cost to station. I remember that with portal "cost insignificant" that mean nothing to pay.

I may not be a 'Planetary Lord' but I've been stationing fleets since Beta 3 and I'm 99% certain is has always cost zero gold to station fleet at my homeworld. Until today that is.

stationing fleet on portaled ssytems does not cost a thing - or never used to.
a few rounds ago i stationed units on over 100 planets with 0 cost - i know this because i didnt have enough gold to even send one fleet.
