yep I signed this nap long ago, then that guy deleted.
Now another empire has joined the gal and okupied that homesystem, and we have a nap by default

It's not important bug, but the relations should be reseted when one guy deletes.

[edit] the real problem kould be to have a permanent nap, that you kannot drop with the new guy
