Topic: Defense Fund

There is now a safeguard against investing into the Defense Fund if you already have the maximum number of Defense Stations.

For those that have already done this, we are in discussion to decide how it will be handled.

Defense station limit has been changed from 1 to a maximum of 3. The change is in effect immediately.
