Snowden is a hero. Without people ike him the people would never know how deep the government digs in our data and how the mechanics function. As a German i am angry that the British government is collecting all that data and does not even allow controls of foreign data. This is especially bad since Great Britain is part of the EU and NATO. Without Snowden the common people would maybe never know about these circumstances.
It is a shame that Snowden is forced to flee to nations like Russia and China to have a small chance for escape. All these controls after 9/11 are altering the western democracies into oligarchies ruled by a political caste with absolut control.
