maybe when you have 1 DS and can only build 1 DS then dont allow funding, have just tried to buy a new DS in supernova not realising that you can only have one, and now have 580k cash thats wasted.
or maybe allow it to be withdrawn with a penalty.....

We put it in the announcement. It is a feature that could possibly be added in at a later date although I'm not sure its necessary if people pay attention to announcements, which they should. As it stand now though if you over-invest into DS then unfortunately... its gone.

retrieve from DS fund is an old idea that never got implemented.
But now you kan kanzel units/infra building and get bak a % of the kosts, so it'd be easy to apply the same kode part to DS fund.
