Doesnt mean there was no fighting 
A lot of S/S families/players this round so you tend to see fighting but not so much with cancellation wars. I know my family has been busy fighting all round so far.
Also doesn't help for cancellation wars when you have 39 having no active attackers and just infrawhoring and pnapping to win nw.
Meh, are the real "winners" the people who managed to avoid war to sit around building the most, or the people who had the most fun?

lol, that's funny. I was wondering earlier what people complained about being "dishonorable" these days when the game enforces NAPs and not attacking smaller families now. The way it's getting, the game's gonna wind up enforcing _everything_.

luster hadn't been on for three days and you know it.
attacks were allowed on all planets.
so there iis no dishonor there just luster.
but if that is the excuse you want to use...

i know lusters highly inactive and not reliable.. just saying kinda low we been waiting for days for ur leader to approve them transaction.. now he swaps leadership and acts like he knows nothin.. lol its all good no biggie we can fight with those planets their

ICD they were approved until you cancelled NAP, when I was made leader I cancelled all of them, because we're going to war.
however, if you want to cancel the war I'll be happy to resend the planets.
