Topic: Help

im having an odd problem. whenever i try to type in unit/building boxes or even just in forum post (im copy & pasting this from word) after every letter i type it jumps up to the address bar in firefox & starts typig there. its happening in ic & also when i log on to my internet banking hmm i can log into gmail without it happening, dunno about typing in google search box because thats displaying wrong atm.


cue jokes about how i dont know how to use myself etc... sad

Maybe a button is stuck on your keyboard or your mouse? Sometimes happens to me. tongue

nope checked all that i think. wouldnt explain why it does it on some web pages and not others..

Try disabling addons/extensions if you have any.  Potentially one could be screwing something up.

You can restart Firefox without them by going to Help -> Restart with Add-ons disabled.
