Black eye is one of the more exciting things happening in ic imo. Im pretty happy with pw to dispite the small player group. Tri would have been alot more fun had it been a full round and people took it seriuosly. As far as tri winner? I see a few fams with big spread smurfs and clowns alike. Whiteheavn and vicious spread > than any one all round. Thats what nets planets and cheaper builds

There is no "one" person to blame for the death of IC. More or less the people of IC have killed IC
It's gradual fellas, we're on a downward spiral, have been for a few years, and maybe we're just hitting the end soon. The light at the end of the tunnel is nearly here.
If you break it down, we start a round, we build some buildings, we explore some planets, we attack some stuff, we build eco, eor. It's the same thing over and over. Round after round we do the same thing, whether it's with the same people, or random people. It's the same thing. That I believe is what has killed this game, yes we like to play, we do the same thing round in round out, but we've narrowed the level of this game down so well, that the first fam to make a fatal flaw in eco or in a war, pretty much auto-loss, k thx bai, wait for the next round.

It is a joke because half the people never got the purpose of the galaxy in the first place, there is no rivalry or reason to have even had the current group in that mix. No one outside of those 14 have any interest in it, where if the kind of rivalries that were supposed to be going on were in it, you'd have outsiders interested in observing. It isn't those players faults, it's the mods, lusters, and the others that would have been kind of interesting that didn't show up for theirs and a few others that just didn't happen. The Nolio/Luster rivalry, The Lee/Pie new rivalry over the last 3-4 months, and things like that were the reason the galaxy was designed to settle. Basically the blackeye thing right now, just has ic's worst players fighting eachother lol.
