Topic: Aid/resource bug

Went to aid and it said i had 12.8 oct.  It change to 12 after i aided (didn't send oct), but thought i would mention it, if it ends up being a bigger issue.  I did an op (OH) right before aiding if that has anything to do with it.

It has everything to do with it, your op would have cost x.2 octarine, probably something like 10.2 or whatever. This happens early on with small empire nw's. At the tick it fixes the rounding, so there is no need to stress about it and it can't be abused, you won't be able to aid out that .8 of an oct.
