I used too bod building in secondary and throughout high school. Until I turned 19 quit smoking gained 140 lbs and moved up from there. One day decide to turn my life around and did it.
Did swim work outs to start. Doubled my endurance. Than switched to stamina With early morning runs and slowly switched back too weight training again. Ended up gaining 7% lean muscle and losing 32kilos. First year, after that is was fighting temptation to eat under depression or smoke a cig. Now lean as can be bunnerd to jump back in jump and I play continue smoking... ![]()
