Topic: Search for users in the forum interface

Put a search feature on the 'User list' page in the forum interface so that people like me who don't actively play can easily find old contacts and message them when they hop on to IC once in a few months

There 'is' a Search on the User list page.  I remember this with old version of forums too.  It wasn't available for regular Players.  Not sure why.

Especially useful now, given the Forum PM feature.
