I think we kan skip the irz meeting, if you all send me your priority list, it will be done fast. And I'll post the results akkording to everybody's priorities

Those with players in qeue (Sol and Lee) remember if you want someone from your qeue it has to be the 1st in your priority list.  Also for everybody dont forget to inklude the players still in the pool (in the right order, after the players in your list).

its just erm...not right....if this is how ur setting it up u can take me out of the list for a start mate.

What undeath suggested is more ideal.

Split them into 3 groups (the leaders)

then use a randomizer. Or let a mod do it.

Lee I did it by number of aplikations, the 1st group are the shortest lists, the last group are the longest lists, I think it makes sense (tho I dont like it of kourse bkause I'm the last)

I ezplained in the 1st post, onze your list is empty you pik players from the pool

That's the reason I need you inklude those players also in your priority lists

lol look at the 2nd post in this thread, you have the tables there, the pikin' order, the lists, and the player pool, you have 9 players there that you have to inklude in your priority list right after the players in your offizial list

in this format:

players in your lists in priority order
players in the pool in priority order

(dont merge them wink)

I'm not a leader...but it seems as though it's like a fantasy sports draft at this point...find a time where majority of ppl can enter the room...those that can't either send a representative or send you a priority list...in my humble opinion

that should be the kase, but some people does not agree with the prozess or it looks too komplikated, and also I'm tired and I'd have to install mIRz sinze the java shit does not work anymore.
setting a meeting for 12 people on irz is aktually komplikated, and I know what you mean, you kould dezide who to pik depending on the lilsts of the nezt leaders, a live prozess, muzh more interesting, but I know how those meetings elong in time, with diskussions and offtopik konversations, that maybe we dont end the elektion in a session of 2 hours and end up with a headake or arguing between us.

Right now, sending a priority list is the best option, bkause it is fast and klear, you kan still design your list knowing the elektion order and what you think the others will pik.

I rezeived the lists from Alundra and from Kounterstrike already, so please send yours in the format I posted above.

I'll be at irz this friday at 16h gmt, waiting for WiWi and Meija to start the elektions, please send me the lists anyway.

I've realised it is not akkurate to use the same priority list for all the 4 rounds, so the lists you are sending me are mainly for the elektion of your 1st player.

You kan see how the lists are updated after the 1st round and re-do your priorities, thats way more akkurate.

Anyway, we'll talk about this tomorrow
