Topic: PW 77 elektions
Ok so this the 3rd step in the PW77 setup.
Right after I'm posting this I'll start the polls for the gal design (supported by a mod).
The elektion prozess kontains 2 steps: [[[SKIP STEP 1]]]
Step1) dezide the elektion order --> will be semi-random & round. I'm doing an initial meeting on irz with a mod and 1 or 2 leaders that bring 1 dize. We need 3 dizes rolling initially (1 me, 1 the mod, 1 any other) and substrakt 2 to the result, so we have a 3d6-2 dize roll. The result of that 1st roll of the dizes will be applied to this list:

8th (6p) Meija

So if we get, as ezample, 4 + 3 + 1 (3d6) = 8 - 2 = 6 (3d6-2) then Flashy would be the 1st in the turn of elektions.
Then the list is pulled down so KS okkupies the 6th plaze, Devilz okkupies the 5th plaze and so on.
In the nezt roll the list will be pulled up, to keep it balanzed.
When the list is reduzed to 6 leaders then we'll use 1 dize only (mod dize).
Step2) Elektions, done in 4 rounds (1 round for every family player), following the order of elektion.
Round1 -> leaders kan pik 1 player from the list or 1 player from the qeue (if they have a qeue). The name of that elekted player will be krossed out from other lists. In the unprobable kase a leader has an empty list, he/she kan pik 1 player from the others qeues. After this 1st round any player left in qeues and not in any list will be sent to the general pool.
Round2 -> leaders kan pik 1 player from the list. In the unprobable kase a leader has an empty list, he/she kan pik 1 player from the general pool
Round3 -> leaders kan pik 1 player from the list. In the kase the list is empty, he/she kan pik 1 player from the general pool.
Round4 -> same as round3
This is not a normal drafting, in the way leaders are bound to pik the players from their lists, even tho they like players from the general pool.
Any player finally not inkluded in the teams will have to join random (I kalkulated 2 of them will) in one of the 3 fams available for randoms.
The meeting for the elktions on irz will be set by me when I gather enuf info to have the most possible of the 12 leaders online. In any leader kannot kome to the meeting he has 2 options: send a representation, or send me a list of priorities from his/her list. This way I'll be able to pik the players akkording to the priority list.
