Not for me, but i was portalling in someone's core with a bunch of fleet stationed, and now they are being protected by the overseers....

I want to know if he has just been a dick whos decided he'd rather wait and be deleted from vmode rather then let me actually attack him...

ofc he could of been blocked too...just a bit suspicious is all.

Answer:  Yes, Vmoding was allowed in Hardcore Galaxies.  It was only disabled in Tournament Rounds (e.g. ICC/ICPG).  I think hardcore galaxies were not part of this.

Question:  Should we allow Vmode in hardcore galaxies? 
Answer:  No, probably not.

Question:  Does it matter?
Answer:  Nope, not at the moment.  Vmode has been disabled for everyone since it hasn't been working correctly.  Reference.

I don't believe it allowed you to vmode before it was disabled recently, T   It and deleting were disabled I believe

Deleting, perhaps.

As for vmode, I think that was a misconception.  It seems to have been disabled for Tournament Rounds (it's a different galaxy setting), not against HC.  So like I said, for ICC, ICPG etc, no vmoding.  And also for KOTH on Hill Planets only.  But for Hardcore setting, doesn't seemed to have ever been in place.

But yea, moot point now.
