Topic: What's this 15 Second Rule?

Gentlemen!
I am a man of few words and fewer opportunities to post them! I have trained my abilities to type at 75 wpm and to think faster than I type!  What is with this 15 second delay between posts?  I'm reminded of the rule in Atlas Shrugged that trains cannot be an unfair length or travel at unfair speeds! This base refusal to allow efficiency to elevate our posting beyond 4 posts per minute smacks of Maoist socialism!

I trust this is a bug and it having been brought to your attention, it shall remedied forthwith!
