hes had about 5 posts Editied, no loss of tag points and no ban.
i got banned for 5 days and lost 30 tag points for less.

at least that part was put in the nap agreement that all our leader signed. unlike this "conversation between 2 people".
you broke the nap by refusing to give up your core violations, that i went on about for 2 weeks before we canceled.
tell your guys to hurry back from their vacation, i wouldn't want them to miss me hitting 3k planets

- Violations will be given up not traded
- Cancellation must be sent to 1 VL & leader of both fams
- Nap is to be signed in-game
- 80/70 pays 78/84 150 planets
- it will be a EOR war with the dates of cancellation settled when WS gets on

How can violations be given up if the people who supposedly violated something didn't know they had violated the thing in the first place? People aren't mind readers. It's called communication but I guess you failed that somewhere down the line

i'm a bit out of the loop lately, but I can't blame Devilz entirely for sticking by 78. Like I said before, I hope people will remember him and mizzle for being loyal despite Lee's shenanigans. There is a positive side to some of this.
In any case, the real blame here is the game's lack of structure around these agreements. I'm probably not playing again after this round (which looks like it may end early now), so hopefully we'll see some faster movement on some of these things.

WS and chomp are nothing special, they suck, like really really bad, they will only end up in vmode again, that will be all x
gah im sick of this... we didn't CHEAT, if we did people would be banned, some people are too (female body part) when they are not winning. i mean an entire family running to v-mode to stop someone from attacking them. what have we come to.

Again, the only reason we went into vmode was because Lee broke NAP. I would never do this for any other reason, I can take an online ass whoopin' have taken them several times . We just didn't want Lee to have the satisfaction of cheating to win a war. Now the round is being reset for cheating [Public accusation] and cheaters never win.
Anyone dumb enough to make Lee leader next round will enjoy some early raids.

Ask Torqez he will tell you, even though we had our differences he knows i wouldnt use a bug like that, infact so do the other mods, i have reported bugs similar in the past straight away, not abused them, the market bug about 1-2 years ago, where u could buy negative, it was me and AA that found this.
