Yes it is awesome!

But how are you planning to have this when multiple people want to have their smackdown? Just first come first serve? If thats the case and you need to wait for like 4 weeks before its your turn there should be possible shifting through the teams you sign up with. A lot can happen in a couple weeks.

There will be a template from which you file your submission. It is up to the 2 captains to decide what the setup is. We will not litigate that for you. This galaxy is 110% player driven.

Each fight will play for 14 days. There will be a 10 day infra-whoring period, then 4 days of attacks to decide the winner.

It is first come, first serve on sign ups. No player may captain twice in a row (to allow for more players the chance to sign up)

Choose your team mates wisely (if you choose to have them). There will be a list of showdowns, with approx dates of starts. If you cannot be ready by your date, then you will be skipped and moved to the bottom of the list.

Arby: A very strict mod, reminds me of a fat redneck who drives a truck around all day with a beer in one hand. I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....

Arby3, Will the ability to set starting resources be allowed in the setup that the players are able to decide?  Otherwise 10 days of infra is really not going to provide for a fun war at regular starting resource numbers.

I believe the 14 days, is to provide for quick rounds so many can have a shot.
would it be possible to run several duels in the same galaxy? Say maybe pnaps with everyone but the one you're dueling. and mods place the fams so the duelers are close. Then a longer play time could be used, without having a long waiting list for duels.
