Topic: Are the mods daft or do they just lack proper decision making skills?

Ok, so I have been blocked for an IA in Orion. Let me point out the basics of it.

1. Everyone is whining about me having an IA with some dude 94 or something. - I didn't get blocked for that...they cannot prove I did an IA with that person. (because I didn't)

2. I have been blocked for an IA with pyromaniacs in Orion. Supposedly me and him worked together to kill someone off.
a. We never worked together, we had an agreement we wouldn't fight each other until top 10 and that we wouldn't share systems with each other either.
b. When it started I was hitting pyro for planets and so was the other guy. Then I turned on the other guy when I noticed pyro was going to end up killing him as I did not wish Pyro to get the planets for himself.
c. When the deal was made, pyro sent me some msg's whining about the fact he should have certain systems. I conceded to that and gave up planets I had taken (and vice versa). The msg's that include systems etc were not about us coordinating to kill someone, it was about us making sure we gave up planets in systems that were not ours. was it a 2v1? sure, but it wasn't an IA.

3. I was blocked for 5 days on both galaxies and my Orion is to be deleted. Pyromaniacs, however, has not been blocked.

Am I somehow to believe that this is not some sort of biased fight against me? That the mods didn't read all the whining about this other IA accusation and decide to find any way to punish me all the while letting the other guy of this supposed IA off the hook?

Have the mods really become so base as to do things like this?

dude i have been blocked as well. MW and Orion. i am pyromaniac. (yeah i hadn't told many people but i may as well come out and say it now).

this story above is basically what i already told mods.

Ok, well, when I had t alked to the mods last night they said you had not been blocked either. That part really baffled me.

But the main point still remains. We never worked together. I didn't even like making the deal with you but I wanted to grow not have to fight over a few planets so I made it.

i wasn't until around 4pm GMT today. that is when i first noticed anyway.

i know, i didn't want the deal, i wanted to kick your ass for hitting me, but i wasn't in any sort of position to do so.

Arby: A very strict mod, reminds me of a fat redneck who drives a truck around all day with a beer in one hand. I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....
