When building portals on multiple planets at once, if you hit the costs button it says you are trying to calculate the cost of 0 buildings, and won't calculate the costs.

When you try to build a single portal on an OB'd planet the cost shows up incorrectly, but actually takes the correct amount if built.

Yep, you will get the correct costs when you try to build 2 or more portals.
