Listen I was lazy to go all the way back and find the original msg's so I simply posted what Lee said as close as I could remember.

The FACT is what I posted was truth even if the words were little off from the original msg.

I ask the MODS since I am lazy to go look and post exactly everything that was said and you we see 100% of what I posted was accurate as far as the 14 day agreement was on the eor war.

So yes, I was lazy to go and look but the FACT is still the same LEE you agreed to 14 days and you have even posted that in uni so who cares if I was lazy to go dig through hundreds of damn msg's?

I know what you mean, but it was a bad move is all.  It's misusing quotes which can be a nasty thing.  I'd be pretty put off if somebody went around quoting me but the words weren't what I actually said.  Quoting is to be a literal word-for-word quote, and if it isn't then it is infactual, even if the meaning is the same/similar.

Anyway, sounds like things are becoming more clear in the other thread.  IC sure can be dramatic!

Stating some thing as a quote that isn't exactly word for word can be considered libel, which is a form of fraud.

The fact that you represented the messages at the time as his actual words, and they ended up not being so pretty much makes it fraud if any false interpretations were made because of it.  From what I've seen nothing was officially signed to not war until 14 days, and thus they are bound to no contractual agreement.

Lee's a bit of a douche, and both of you should have followed through to officially sign something, but half of this is your own fault.

For those who can't see that TRUTH was given even if the words were not exact and made to look as tho they were his is not worth my time.

Yes I agree to my laziness of making them appear to be his EXACT words but they WERE his EXACT meanings and thus my laziness doesnt bother me.

It is different from fake irc convos or any convo as long as the meaning were the same and didnt alter what the other person was actually saying and meaning. Usually FAKE irc convos alter the meanings of what was said whereas I didnt do that.
