May have already been suggested, but didn't see it.  Instead of EOR awards where it's voted upon, why not have individual stats during the round that is listed.  Most iron per tick, cash, planets gained, lost etc.  It would update each tick and doesn't list what you make just your rank in the gal.  Could bring more competition to the game.  Most active would still win, but active in less active fams would still have a chance.   It wouldn't fit every category, but would  make more areas where individuals could try to finish 1st.  if it was weighted it might even help with farming. if taking planets from a fam closer to you nw was worth more, since it was more difficult, more might try.  it would make score more the factor that determines the winner eor and not size/nw.  since size is easy to get if you farm and nw is easy with a eor jump.  it may be hard to implement properly or keep from abuse though.  but just an idea
