If you go into a thread, and click moderate Topic at the bottom then select Delete whole topic you get this msg.

I know u can still delete the thread when ur not inside it, with moderate forum link but still just fyi

this may be a problem with threads that existed before the upgrade.  can you try this on a recently created thread?
