Does anybody know why they were removed?

It turned into Galactic Spamfest.. (yes even more so than Gwynned's lil incident)  Also, I think it was possibly tied into the code for leader polls so when one went so did the other.

I will tell you about it in chat. But it went when we upgraded from v1 forums to v2 forums, i dont think the v2 forums supported the galactic congress. Several times we have asked for it to be brought back and were told that under the then forums we couldn'. Can we under these new forums?

thanks for the backstory.  yes, we can bring them back under these forums but we'd have to be clear on what we want
