Topic: 03 nap void with 06

well, early in the round we nap 06... bad terms nobody was happy with them but whatever... the border was x:31 and within a few ticks emi explores in x:33... so, we ask him to give it to us and he refuses, whatever... we explore one in their core, they just attack and take it... whatever, next thing you know they are all over our core with about 20 systems of emi and the rest is filled by 03 bankers and what not... also a few with schizo and emi + all 03... Every attempt by 03 to get into their side of the agreement is met with force, so we finally decided it was time to take the same action with them...


They also seem to be giving 799 planets nice and close to us, whether or not its being done on purpose it is being done... So, all that said nap is voided as we saw no way in them peacefully giving up the planets that they shared with us, as we had asked them nicely before but they refused... So nap is voided...

well to be honest you guys had about 50 planets on our side too smile. not to mention a few right next to our HS so i dont know why your getting mad about emi having about 2 no where near your HS or core, but yes on the wrong side of 31. I asked about 1000 times for your guys to unportal your 50 planets on our side and waited for about a week with no response before i had to take it forcibly. So it is yoou who is violating the NAP

emi came on our side like 3 ticks after the nap was made... the nap was violated by both of us... as you can see we are not forcefully hitting you except in the systems that we own...

yup , both fams crossed the line of exploring in systems , but we didn't broke the nap by attacking guys , just cool down so we can fix this problem !!

Nap was like that:

border line in S3 is x=31 up to y>85... so above 85 there is no border anymore...

after 1 minute of nap was agreed, I told emi he have to give up 33,95 (1 planet of him in there!)... he said that this system is an exception and he was nice to us making the border line x=31 and not x=33 or higher... I offered him even to explore planets for that one and build infra on them...

then I told him they need to give up  2 systems in S1 that were on our side, he said no, border line is only for S3.

then we explored in S1 in some of their cores, they kicked us out and said we cannot come into their cores...

then we kicked some out that were on our side in s3...

they portaled up in some of our systems (8) which we had bankers in that were above y>86, so by the terms of the nap they were legally there...

I explored 2 planets in similar systems in s3 (y<86!!!) legally and they kicked me out as well...

then we offered them pnap and alliance, never got an answer besides of gaheris, he thought it would be a good idea, however since then, some days ago already, no prgress in that matter...

well for starters yes emi is a hard player to get along with... that planet was most likely a morale smile... lol.

Yes you make it look like were the bad guys, but the second the NAP was signed, your family had over 20 planets on our cores that I msgd them politely to unportal, but they never did. I sent msg after msg with no response for a week. I decided that i was getting no where and was forced to take the planets.

As for PNAP and alliance emi has been away all weekend so getting irational is a bad idea, since he wasnt responding you should have sent a msg to another player [ONLINE]. As for the alliance i know emi wanted an alliance with you guys, but now i dont know.

the alliance was proposed a while b4 his inactivity.  Anyways...

I think that this is a fair thing to do.  The terms were that the nap would end after 48hrs of expo ends.  There are no more planets, and expo is finished.  Rage shared many systems with us, and we needed him out because he violated the terms of the nap.  We don't want to go for more, just want to remove shares and get a nap.  That's all.  Hopefully this can be achieved.

@Steam, we had no core clause in the nap, why else you guys had planets in our cores and we let you there???

by the nap you guys didnt even were allowed to take out the planets that we had in your cores (as well in S1!!!)... because we had a border only in S3 and NO core clause at all!!!


however, its not a big deal, at the end we were just suspicious because emi broke nap already last round on us...  and the pnap/alliance thing was already communicated to him long before the week end... wink

no point in naps in this game anymore lol, seriously, i try to play an awsome round, a legit round, a real round, and i get backstabbed over and over again, people tell me one thing, and they do different =\ just a game tho that ive obviously been taking way too seriously
