Wouldn't it be splendid to have the changelog accessable BEFORE joining a galaxy? Sticky in the announcement forum...

But this link leads automatically to the login prompt. It seems only to work when you have already joined a galaxy. The forum login doesn't seem to be sufficient. So... same problem.

You don't need to be in a galaxy to access that.  But you do need to be logged into your Master Account. 

It's a good point though, that requirement should probably be removed and made it so that even Guests can view it.
