Sol they Cancelled on us! 16. They have the upper hand since they portal and have planets in are core which we have a Core NAP and they went ahead and still got planets in are core. which should be deportal and given up before war.

Makes me feel good for never paying them the comp. we apparently owed them when I woke up one morning to GxReborn his diplo skills, better yet... the lack of and no blessing from meh, so no payment either.
Maybe thats what got Murderface his panties in a bunch for this round and decided too stuff it too poor ol' 16 =P
They have one maybe two planets in our core. It will be resolved I'm sure. Luckily we have been saving just as long if not longer. 04 Still has the clear upper hand but we aren't defenseless.

I feel this war is a great opportunity to bring some epicness into this round. 16 does indeed seem like a worthy fam and definately no pushover.

From what I've collected about your reputation since then, I wouldn't be surprised if you planned to have GX come sign nap with me then refuse to pay saying he had no authority(Dispite him being leader at the time)

Well easily said, everybody in my fam knows GxReborn has no diplo power unless my say so, I didn't have a say, so no power to make a nap....
Besides the fact ur 20p raid benefited ur fam way more than any sort of nap or talks with me would have gotten you. So good diplo on your side, next time just don't pnap cuz you purr you purrrssy, grow some cojones and stay un-napped till payment is done, but wait, you did the raid just as I went too bed, its like you planned all of it!

Seeing I am busy spilling the truth...my 7802 war topic in Uni is/was a trol hoax (Needed to get payment done, because 04 tried to go in for easy planets seeing Gx and I killed all their fleets already, we was just nice not to blow their infra and get some clean expos 
Technically, seeing war decl. was on and nap agreement was not official seeing payment wasn't done, it wasn't a hoax, just not the complete truth, but aren't you all used to that by now?
and yes Gx is one too for accepting whatever u said to him in chat, but I knew that LONG time already
