well Middle like you said, only I have spread on them BECAUSE of the deal with 33, thus in fairness I would have to give the shares to 33 that I only gained due to the deal. The fact that ONLY I have shares with 35 is proof that without the deal NONE of us would have shares with 35.

I have no problem fighting 33 BUT ONLY if I give them all my shares in sec 1 and 2 that I only got due to the deal.
