There needs to be a way we can advertise IC without expense. We should at least spit-ball some ideas.

One way, could be to do so through graffiti. You know, when sitting in a public loo, one could write down, "www.imperialconflict.com awesome MMORPG" .. most people could access through their phones (I don't know, I'm still a dinosaur in that sense)?
