I don't think mods can make decisions like that in galaxies they're playing in. They'd hafta get a mod from elsewhere.

First of all we had no intentions of attacking u its when u cleared me and a few of our attackers then cleared a system of a banker.. then u had to go down.. as far as ur fleet goes.. i never understood why u would jump fleet when im portaled with u

From the other post, I just want to know why in 6930's case, 3 naps (none of which are perm, and all of which were after fighting other fams), is considered 'napping the whole galaxy'

The bigger problem, as I indicated in post #2 of the MW thread, is that the galaxy has only 12 families.  8 of the 12 families are out of range for both 30 and 38 to hit.  That leaves relatively few other options.  The fix... galaxies w/ more fams, or at least, close pointless PW.

well it is bad that the only fam with ALL active players and ALL well known experienced players is the MOD fam

there are 0 noobs in 38

in my eyes 38 was constructed instead of made from randoms like the rest of the gal

the next big fam is 30 who have a few noobs but can only keep up with 38 because of Rho being huge. otherwise there still hugely behind 38

the fact is that 38 have been hoarding savings and deliberately NOT growing so that they keep within NW range.

this round has been over for a long time.

please close this round early and re-think the stratergy of PW

i think 8 man fams

3 draft spots
4 randoms

i also think if you really want to have a successful PW round which is fair to all

once the players have registered there interest in playing split the experienced players up so limit the chance of a "super fam"

ive played in plenty of decent fams and there are very few players who i havnt played with

i am more than happy taking ownership and teach new players to try and keep IC going

as a moderator i think you should adopt a more reasonable approach with an open mind to the rest of the IC community who keep the game going.
