Change sidebar.  Default (Dilithium) is bugged atm.

Not sure why this should even affect the toggle button tongue ...I havn't actually looked into it.

But changing to something like primavera or marble should help.

its gettin me in mw too. i click toggle and it doesnt select the planets or deselect them.

I would rather be honestly damned, than hypocritically demoralized.
