I'm conflicted on that as well.  We all have 2 times to miss voting and then we are killed for inactivity.  I never thought about using one as a game move but I guess it is possible to intentionally miss 1 lynch vote and claim "oops" so you don't look like you are jumping on a bandwagon.

Honestly, I already think xara is mob based on what You_Fool said about the timing of her switching her vote to KT: she had a chance to vote KT early but didn't, and only switched until after it was clear that either KT or me would be dying.  Killing KT (SK) benefitted mob more than killing a townie would, so this looks suspect to me.  On top of that, in the convos RD posted, Primo appeared concerned about her being lynched.  Primo may be able to affect investigations but he has no power over the lynch.

I'm still trying to figure out about the other remaining people but I am feeling pretty certain at least xara is a mob.

and i switched to KT when i did cause i fell asleep and only just woke up to change my vote in time. the fairy was online at the time when i did change votes.

Says the woman who has been throwing her vote away all game, missed 2 votes & then jumped on bandwagons to kill the SK.... I know for sure I am town, and I trust Wendy and Pie, which makes the other 2 townies in my books... i might be wrong about one of them and sickness be town, but that is an issue for tomorrow really... you being mob is such a high percentage chance it would be silly not to lynch you... your voting behaviours and general play during this round scream mob to me....

I just want to point out again that nobody has been "cleared" by any investigations that happened prior to Primo's death.  The fact that investigations weren't influenced by Primo doesn't mean that the results were not tainted.  He still had his powers before he started working with RD, so that "player x was investigated before Primo was talking with RD" doesn't mean or prove anything.  Yes, it would be a coincidence if RD investigated a mobbie who primo happened to swap with a townie, but it is very much possible.

I'm not saying this to accuse You_Fool or Wendy, but rather that we can't assume anybody is safe (including me).   The best we can do is talk to eachother and try to clear the air around our suspicions and figure out who is left by process of elimination.  I believe this is how we were able to focus on xara despite all the accusations against me.  Despite people still having their doubts about my innocence, apparently we all agree (or so I understand from chat) that xara is suspect #1 so we will (hopefully) make the right choice to lynch her and swing the balance in our favor.

That means if we do successfully lynch her, then of the 4 of us remaining (myself, you_fool, wendy, sickness) that 1 person is mob.  We'll have to use the same approach and just shake up the details and examine the facts we have until something meaningful pops up.  All I know is I can't be certain of anybody's innocence yet.  Likewise if you guys aren't sure of mine I will do the best to answer any questions you have for me.  I have no reason to be afraid of questioning because everything I've said so far is based in looking at the objective facts we have.

And that's the point.  We need to be communicating with eachother in a productive way.  If we just get angry and point fingers all over the place, mob will succeed in having turned us against ourselves.

But first, we need to get passed this lynch otherwise it won't matter anyway.

"Alright, tie up the girls nice and good, we'll need them later.  They're both gonna keep me very very busy!" Boss Hogg barked the orders to Deputy Cletus Hogg. 

"Yes sir!" replied I Like Pie.  He took a hold of xara and Wendy, tied them up and motioned them to move into the jail cell.  "You're a pretty one" as he said, touching xara's face.  Xara flinched and spat in his face.  "You scum, get your hands off of me!".  Pie was furious! He had done his fair share of humiliating the residents of Hazzard town, but he wasn't accustomed to being on the receiving side of it.  He raised his hand and brought it down hard across the cheek of xara, slapping her across the face.  Xara fell to the ground and stopped moving.

"Oi!  Knock that off, I want them both alive.  Go prepare my bedroom, I've earned this."  You_Fool had done it.  He had come back to Hazzard and was stamping his mark.  This was now his town.

Just then the door opened and sickness walked in.  "Damn you both!  You played me all along!"  He looked at Wendy, and then glanced at xara on the floor.  "Why you...."

Pie didn't hesitate.  He too had earned this.  Noone had worked harder than him and noone was about to spoil his victory!  He took his gun out of his holster and without even having to steady himself, in one motion shot a single bullet that hit sickness right between the eyes.

"Hahahah, a fitting end to this pitiful town!  Now, we rebuild...to "MY" liking".  Boss Hog smiled, and then prepared himself for a fun night ahead...
