plz post any fam that decides to break a nap on you because they will become immediate target even if we are napped with them.

Well it is a nap in the sense that their leader signed it, but a certain mod doesn't agree with terms and is trying to void it and change terms on us.

Are you saying that the leader of 38 signed a nap (which makes it binding) and now other fam members are deciding to break the nap genesis?
Or is it simply a CF that was agreed until a nap could be signed later?
If its a nap signed then its a nap broken if not honored and thus I could not trust the nap with your fam that we have now since there is nothing that says it cant be broken later.
Also other fams would need to look at this also if they have a signed nap with your fam.
So a simple clarification on if you are actually going to BREAK a SIGNED nap is in order?

If they want to believe they have a NAP that is their problem.

Yes Murder that's what you were told 5 minutes after was not acceptable.
Like I've been telling you for the past couple of hours. It's not like we're being unreasonable, you're just clinging to that because you know it's semi-favorable terms for you.
We'll be in chat if you want to negotiate a proper NAP though.
Well, not to be smart ass or anything but once again I simply asked if a nap was signed by your leader and it appears that it was by what you are saying.
Does it matter if it was signed for 1 second or 5 minutes or in our case for several days before its actually a nap?
Does IC have some sort of rules that says a signed nap is only good if its been signed for a certain amount of seconds, minutes, hours, days?
OR
Only if the majority of the fam agrees with it?
Or is it a nap when the elected leader signs it?
And if it is a nap when they leader signs it then its a nap break if its not honored PERIOD no ands ifs or butts.
In my opinion the leader needs to mark you all rogue if you decide not to accept a legal binding signed nap or delete to make sure his word is his word.
I dont care how you make an excuse or want to word it but if 33 can post in here a SIGNED nap by the leader of 38 then its a freaking nap and nothing can be done about but BUT accept it or be a nap BREAKER in which case I personally will consider the nap with 38 subject to only being valid until we decide its in our best interest to BREAK it and I am sure you would not think we broke nap then Correct?
If you want to get technical, it's only official once it's signed ingame. That's why ingame NAPs were introduced.
It's not our intention to break anything, we are simply telling them that was a rushed deal and we are not going to take it Period.
However, we are available to negotiate further and settle for good terms for everyone. We are acting in good faith, and haven't landed a single fleet since talks started.
If you think that's breaking a NAP, ok I guess.
So yes or no only please so I can inform my fam.
Since 38 and 30 have only a signed nap NOT an ingame nap are you saying we DO or DO NOT have a nap?
Please just a yes we do or no we do not?
