The new map page outlook looks fantastic, but it's unusable cuz it crashes my Safari every time I go to it.

Are you doing something when it crashes? "Brutal lag" implies that it works at first at least. However, it works fine in Safari (on OSX) for me.

Could you, in the Safari settings, under Advanced, check the developer menu checkbox, and then open the error console in the new menu you get? And then paste any and all errors you get.

No errors...just that frustrating circular spinny thing, and it stays like that. Never get it on any other pages.

You say the new map looks fantastic - so it does load at least? Ie, you can see the map and the right-side "sidebar" with checkboxed and things? But you then get the spinner and you can't do anything?

correct. It takes a long time to load, and then it loads, and I go to the spinny death thing (that's what hell is. Hell is just having to look at that thing)

Are you using it with an apple product or.something else? You may be holding the Mac product incorrectly... tongue

Did you try using a different browser? See if it will work correctly on your system.

Macbook. An old-ish one, yes, but one that still does everything else properly. Firefox does the same.

So your issue isn't limited to Safari. /

On a side note, I was trying to scroll around on the map using my android 2.3.5 cell phone using Dolphin and it closed my browser.

To specify, it closes the browser when I try to open any of the systems from the map.

Does the new map not highlight systems we are in anymore?

Arby: A very strict mod, reminds me of a fat redneck who drives a truck around all day with a beer in one hand. I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....
