simple fix. Put <br> between the script include (tick script)  line and the fam news topic in paper.php

I noticed this for something else too, earlier.

Not sure what changed - I think some css styling when the map was implemented.  I suppose we'll get round to it, when we look at the annoying 'center' issue too -_-
