No. Google it. There have been 4-5 cases of that happening in china over the past couple years. At least here in America, we tend to kill people in our own age group or older. Not younger. It doesn't make it better, but it's truth.

And no, I'm an intelligent young man with faith. I trust my neighbors as far as I can throw a Volkswagen. People are nice, but I also assume that are all batshit crazy.

^ bunch of nonsense ...  The murders of innocent kindergartners carries much more weight than the accumulated deaths of grown men over a two month period in an area known for crime and violence.


If you had compared this to say a US drone strike that killed over 40 children in Afghanistan, your argument would have been more valid and intelligent.  People should be just as upset over this as they are with the school shooting.


Your implication that people are jumping on a "bandwagon" to think this was a tragic event is what is absurd and frankly delusional.  Sure peoples sense of tragedy is skewed, but them thinking this was a tragic event is not in result of said "skewing".

Probably, but doesn't mean you can't think it is a sad heart-wrenching event.

Sadly "white people" ignoring similar situations is human nature...not necessarily something manufactured by the media...  when you feel empathy, you imagine the situation happening to yourself and your family.  It is much easier for us "white people" to imagine ourselves sending our child to school than having a drone come through our ceiling or getting shot in the rough neighborhoods of Chicago.

I liked how it turned to gun control almost immediately. That and how the media outlets played it off as such a sad sad thing and then asked people to call in if they were there to talk about it all so they could increase their viewership.

This never would have happened if the US Govt had kept selling automatic weapons to the Mexicans. But no, someone says thats not working so now we've got to sell them to ourselves!
