When successful you can either plant a failed cpff report or a failed destroy iron opp (I think), and "frame" any empire you want for it.

So basically you can use it to get 2 other fams to war eachother...if you use it wisely =P

Make sure the empire your framing has both of the spells or ops that the fail could be. Otherwise it's pretty obvious it's a planet fake info
