haha, truth be told i knew 22 would attempt to raid at some point, so i got infils (and i wont discuss here any more before noir moans).
i had planned to attack but it was just a plan till i saw noirs 100k nw fleet jump and planets hovering mizzle/easyway. unfortunately it wasn't as planned and damaging as first planned, but it was rushed and did a job
