I see from a 5 minute forum check, it's all the same guys - I can't pretend that doesn't pretty much make my day.
More important - pie put up a link to the IC Wiki and I couldn't help but investigate myself, who wrote this smut?

Great leader and strong but fair diplomat.
Started in round 1 in SD - poorly. Went on in round 2 SD to land in a top 5 family - technical difficulties - from whence the name came.
After several in the top SD tri-alliance - ToD (Tri-Alliance of Death). Went on with several long time friends to play in PW and relax. Led the "BOB" family in PW to win a round, allied with Playboy Penguins twice, and had an all around good time... dang it.
Then the move to MW - where winME further applied his abilities as both leader and attacker, but quickly realized the time to move towards a banking roll had come. Revolutionized starting strategies and won a couple rounds along with perpetual ally PP until boredom and (ultimately) laziness set in - forcing windowsME into inactivity. From here, windowsME set up a two man family with old friend raynar in which they both posed as women (tiffani and sarah allison) who attempted to cyber with various leaders and to keep new family members dead and out of harms way. The "family" eventually finished top 10 in NW despite a war early with FUBAR and a late war with blue lunas family and maybe more importantly posted several chat logs of attempted cyber.
After this, windowsME was involved as a key member of several of talic and daydreamers families that also won rounds or were key families in said rounds.
windowsME also organized a family of four with zidi, jovi, and godland that finished up #2 in NW in the galaxy, which was absurd :-p.
Known (frequent) accomplices: PP (and gang), jovi, raynar, zidi, magneto, jaguar, genesis, talic, daydreamer, chili, dark faerie, daydreamer, delmak, and god knows how many others.
