A wall of text that requires me to push "page down" 6 times to get to the end... and a link that says "read more," with the only sort of analysis on your part being the most confusing thread title ever...

Yeah, I think I liked you when you said nothing but odd one-liners.  tongue

Re: The World is Spaghetti And The Monkeys Have the Justice

its an interview with the new ruler of egypt

he uses the metaphor of spaghetti for the world
he uses the metaphor of a ship stuck on sand that has to be pulled forward, for egypt
he uses the metaphor of Planet of the Apes for, I think, political karma.  I think that's what he's saying.  I think.

If you read the damn article you'd have a clue what my headline means.  That's what the text is for.
Yes my headlines are attention grabbers.

Someone needs to follow that man around and record what he says, then send it all to Ridley Scott for movie ideas.

Re: The World is Spaghetti And The Monkeys Have the Justice

He's saying that all sides wish for peace and stability in Egypt, and also the world, but they all gave different ideas how to get there. The goal is to find the best possible way, not only from a centric part in Egypt, but also on a global scale.

I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....

Re: The World is Spaghetti And The Monkeys Have the Justice

I think he's saying "Hi I'm Egypt's new dictator, and if you disagree I'll lock you up and execute you as a treasonous enemy of the revolution. Also, [blah blah blah the same BS all dictators spout as if they have a legitimate, justifiable reason to oppress the hell out of their people].

They all spout nonsense about freedom and justice while they enslave their peoples. His desired caliphate places no value on freedom or democratic processes, and only a fool would buy that nonsense. He didn't reject the Muslim Brotherhood, he made a political move based on the assumption that we're all dolts. And he's mostly right. tongue

But he is, Simon! They just have different gods now. The goal is still to live large on the labor of their slaves. People don't change.
