Are awesome.

Just spent 15 minutes at work trying to explain to this lady why I don't know the password for her email.  For whatever reason, as a manager at a library, I'm supposed to have all of her personal information stored in my head.  I should be able to help her log onto a simple email address because her son can help her without a problem, and it makes no sense that I should have any more trouble than he does, and if I can't log onto her email account I must be stupid and I should probably find a line of work that doesn't involve helping people with computers.
