Tobes, that is the problem. The nap system itself works perfect. NAPS are as good or as bad as the both parties who make them and sign them.

Learn from it, in the future make sure that the nap you make is the same as you sign ingame. If you don't this is the perfect example of what can and most of the time will happen.
