funny thing is they only cancelled on small fams.
the big fam they cancelled (38) on are too big for them to be hit without an aggressive attack so that cancellation is purely for show.

Hey Tobes, we canceled on them. The only reason we are way out of range is we decided to pay upkeep on Teddys millions and millions of figs. We will not accept any compensation from them. If they fail to jump for this war we will drop NW and match them on the battlefield that way. <3 u Tobes

We fought Tobes when we were smaller (right after 40 made us pay for a NAP). I have a lot of respect for what he is doing; playing in a small fam teaching noobs 
thanks im trying and im at a dilema now because im prep'd to war 40 but no1 in 40 is owning up to the cancellation of the nap and have offered my family a 24 hour nap.

You can't hit a family way larger than you and them run to uni news whining like a baby to its mother that they are hitting you. Had you not opped them they wouldn't be hitting you in the first place.

why? were you not aware of what happened between 45 and 46? you were not aware that 45 opped 46 and thats why 46 was able to hit 45? if you werent aware then you should not be posting about it here.

Do you know the mechanics of this game at all? Look at there nw and look at ours. Unless less hit us first, there is no way we would be able to do anything to them. Go read the guide
I will save you some time. If a fam is below 40% of your fams nw, you cannot attack or opp them unless they attack you first. So please enlighten me, if they didn't hit us first, please tell me how in the world we would be able to hit them right now?
U still not showing wich op it was that made u guys attack, and facing feeble's jump i'd say we /45 came in nw range (3rd in nw fyi, and higher before the lame attacks).
And no , i'm not aware of any of us opping u guys, unless u talking about our rogue members actions from like a month ago wich might not yet expired..and use that as ur excuse

thats the one there. you guys were still not 40% of our nw even after your jump, so until feeble opped us you guys were fine, but since he opped us, it allows us to attack you. so dont come here whinning, and maybe next time be smarter on who you jump
So you jump a pax to 34 mil NW (6 days before EOR), have him op several bankers, then wonder why you get attacked? I messaged your leader when it happened, and he claimed ignorance, but did not mark him (the one your whole family jumped) rogue. Attacks happened before a couple of weeks ago, and all we asked was to have the planet returned, with no retaliation. This however was the final straw. Every attack from 46 against 45 followed the ops. Small families cannot do this, and expect to not be attacked back:
