haha this is by far one of the most funniest threats this round.. 41 wars 38 before they can officially NAP 46 cancels on 41 lol.. then 41 includes what 2k planets into the NAP and finalizes it? am i right? haha that is a very nice tactic Noir.. even when u lose u still win lol now 46 isnt even in ur attack range now so they cant cancel and hit u lol.. that is so funny.. so either way 46 is still screwed lol cause they still cant war u cause soon u'll be below 40% lol..

you miss a few key points icd.  1) they had settled and 38 napped them for free, then when we cancelled noir went back to them and offered his testicles (planets) to them so we couldn't have them. i don't blame 38 for not turning them down.  2) we are not in there nw range now because they have blown practially all there infra to get that low.  good tactic. kinda, means at this point anyone can rip them apart, it just takes there fleets disbanding and they have no real income at all anymore.. for gods sake i bet 48 has better eco than them now. 

they did all this so 46 don't get there planets, no biggie. we have stated for the last 3 days our goal ISN'T to win the round, it is to make 41 pay for there crap and suffer.  that they will, all the smaller fams they bullied have the opportunity to vulture them now too (i am not asking or suggesting anything to that nature, but people being people see weakness and pounce), and one way or another either through the deletions to come or militarily 41 will go down in flames, and in that way we win wink  maybe not size, but we don't care about that as much as we care about the death and destruction of 41.

are u guys deaf? 38 just came here and told u they didnt NAP, it was in a CF at the time u Canceled.. that is not a NAP.. u attempted to vultured and Failed.. and no im not gonna cancel NAP u know why, i have no reason too.. its just funny u talk shit about Noir.. u complain at the method that he's doing but yet u want to war him fresh outta a war??? 2 points for u guys beat on a fam that has exhaust all its income... when u have been doing nothing all round be saving and Eco whoring lol dumbasses, they would be a fool to fight u.. and as for the vulturing, i wanted to cancel before 38 had the chance to.  but couldnt do it as 41 set up there naps that 38 had the first opportunity sad  i said we should find a way to stall 38 cancelling, but again it all fell on deaf ears sad  we canceled when we could. thats that!

Well ICD, you are so keen on us to war someone.  41 demanded cancellation not to take place till the 15th.  Because they were in war at that date, we waited longer.  They are the ones who wanted to wait till eor to war... and there aren't many days left. 

We did fight your family (40) if you recall, and gave you a NAP after you lost.  But if you want us to fight someone as you yell from the sidelines, why not step up and be the one to fight again?  If you don't want to, then don't criticize.
