For finalising the nap it just wasnt signed ingame but chats said it was finalised we paid our part you guys took the planets and we just forgot or something to sign ingame. Believe Einstein actually signed it with SCORP but we cant check that now since he deleted so thats not the issue.

Even tho your leader dropped the ball, with all the naps we have made. Everyone else signed them, yours didn't.  After acouple of wars how are we suppose to keep track of non signed naps. That's the whole point of the relations page to sign your naps so that things like this do not happen
