If all the stipulations of the NAP were finished (i.e.: paying planets), the NAP is unofficially complete.  At that point, I would consider a NAP to have been finished, with just the relations signing to have taken place.  If Einstein's fam did not pay all of the planets and too long a time had passed for payment, I can understand ICD's position to take the necessary planets AND THEN NAP.

If Einstein's fam paid in full and simply didn't sign ingame, the NAP should still be honored.  To play stupid and say "you can't produce the physical message, we will rape you now" is completely asinine.  Add this to the many reasons why this game is dying.

I gave your fam an ultimatum of 24 hours to give us the planets u agreed to give us. This was THREE days after the NAP was signed, meaning you had 4 days to give us coords. I only gave you an ultimatum because it was taking too long. You complied, we signed the NAP in game.

We would never have voided the NAP anyway. With people like you there's sometimes some pressure required to get you to do the things you've promised to do.

I'm not saying AA's words can be excused. Dirt has been thrown at both sides, obviously. As far as IN GAME is concerned, though, 6740 is in the wrong. But it's not only 6740 that's been breaking their word this round. Seems a more general thing these days, in this game. Sad, very sad.

@ OXY i have no idea if all the planets were paid or not, i was not invovled with any nap talks as far as payment.

All i know is I dont see anywhere that a nap was completed so in my mind NO NAP.

To avoid confusion Leaders must complete all deals fully.
