This is just low. Taking 80 planets is like consideration in business law. There is a legal binding effect if memory serves me right. And knowing that you have a nap but just not signed, that totally constitutes a nap break. Don't worry AA. I'm sure ICD will be punished.

does it mean you can specify what planets can be taken as "payment" or even breaches and still sign the nap?

core intrustions can be traded out by putting the cordinates where its specified. this way u dont have to break relations to do so.

This is true. There is no need to ruin the round of others because of one person's mistakes. However, how would you propose to "get back" at ICD? If he's attacking, the best way to destroy his round is to ruin his BoR. I think people naturally want some justice if they feel like they have been wronged. AA feels cheated by the dishonesty of ICD and so does other members of his family. Since it would be hard to get back at 40 barring an IA to bring them down, it seems more feasible to ruin his next round.

Just for the record, when 6746 signed NAP with 6740 after the war, we included a term that IC Death was not allowed to be leader of 6740 anymore, just to avoid shit like this. A few days later, ICD was leader again, stating that we were not allowed to dictate who leads another fam. Apparently, according to the mods, it's illegal to dictate that, even as part of a NAP.

I kind of regret checking with the mods myself, because what ICD just did is simply low.

Did i also mention he borrowed 50$ from my friend Bob (Aka:Generalskulls) and my friend Joe (aka:Historian) a few years ago and never paid them back. He even tried to get me to borrow him money a while back. He gave them and me some bullshit sob story. YEA RIGHT! LMAO
